The Role

This is a hands-on customer service delivery role where you'll be responsible for completing deliveries while providing outstanding service to customers.

Your daily duties will include:

- Completing multi-drop deliveries throughout the Dubbo metro + 2 linehaul runs a week

- Providing exceptional customer service at each delivery location

- Operating mobile devices and mobile printers to complete delivery documentation

- Loading and unloading deliveries

- Heavy manual handling, with individual items weighing up to 20kg





- Moving loaded trolleys weighing over 150kg

- Securing loads using curtain straps

- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

- Assisting teammates where required to ensure deliveries are completed safely and efficiently

Shift Details

- Monday to Friday

- 5:00am starts

- 8-hour shifts

- Regular overtime available

- Immediate start available

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Current HR Licence

- Clean driving record

- Previous delivery driving experience

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Confidence using mobile technology and handheld devices

- Physically fit and capable of repetitive heavy lifting

- Comfortable moving loaded trolleys weighing over 150kg

- Strong commitment to workplace safety

- A positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to jump in and help where needed

- Ability to safely secure loads using curtain straps (or willingness to learn)

- Able to obtain a National Police Check

- Able to successfully pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen

- Available to commence immediately

Desirable but not essential:

- Current Forklift (LF) Licence
