As Club Manager, you'll be responsible for driving membership growth, leading a high-performing team, and creating a welcoming environment where members achieve their goals. Your Role

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring exceptional standards across all areas
- Drive membership sales, retention, and revenue through outstanding customer service and local marketing initiatives
- Deliver an exceptional member experience that encourages long-term loyalty and engagement
- Monitor club performance,



key performance indicators, and financial targets
- Ensure the club is clean, safe, compliant, and operating to brand standards
- Build strong relationships within the local community through partnerships, events, and outreach initiatives
- Work closely with your Regional Manager to implement business strategies, campaigns, and operational improvements

What You'll Bring

- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
- Experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or business management
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A proactive attitude with a solid sense of ownership and accountability
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
