About the Role:

We are seeking a PM/Night Registered Nurse to join our team on a Casual basis.

Shift Times: 10:00pm to 7:15 am (Thursday & Friday) | 3:15 pm to 10:15pm (Thursday)

You will be based at our Darley House, located at 24-26 Darley Street Mona Vale NSW 2103.

Darley House is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high level clinical care to meet resident’s individual care needs that will help enhance their quality of life. This includes ensuring that our resident care and treatments are documented to meet regulatory requirements, communicating effectively with residents, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and relatives as well as providing leadership and supervision to other nursing staff. This position will suit professional RNs who are flexible and passionate about aged care.

Key Responsibilities, Skills and Experience:

- At least 2 years experience as an aged care RN in Australia (Desirable)
- A good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice and clinical leadership in a residential setting.
- Ability to problem solve, negotiate, mediate and resolve conflict.




- Great communicate skills and confidence to lead and actively contribute to a team.
- Strive for excellence in customer service and promote an environment of harmony and trust.
- Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written documentation and assessment skills.
- A good knowledge of the aged care accreditation standards.
- Provide mentoring and supervision of PCW-DCs
- Confident and experienced in supervision of other nursing staff
