JRB Diesel is a rapidly expanding, privately owned dealership based in Botany. We are Sydney’s newest authorised service and parts dealer for:

- Fuso Trucks & Buses

We are also a full sales dealer for CIMC Trailers and supply the Alliance product range.

With a strong and growing customer base across transport, logistics, and specialised equipment, we are seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to play a key role in our service operations.

The Prospect

This is not a junior role. We are looking for a confident, capable professional who can take ownership of the front-of-house service function, build strong client relationships, and drive workshop efficiency.

You will act as the critical link between customers and the workshop, ensuring high-value clients receive a premium, professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer relationships from booking through to job completion
- Review and validate repair orders, job scope, and service requirements
- Raise and manage job cards with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide clear, proactive communication and updates to customers
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for complex repairs
- Manage invoicing and job closure with attention to detail
- Liaise with technicians to prioritize workflow and maximize productivity
- Monitor OEM portals for warranty, recall, and service campaign activity




- Handle warranty claims and service plans end-to-end
- Identify upsell opportunities and additional repair needs

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment (essential)
- Strong background in truck or heavy vehicle servicing (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume or high-value service workflows
- Experience with dealership DMS systems
- Strong understanding of warranty processes and OEM requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of workload
- Mechanical background or trade qualification (advantage)
- RMS Examiner License (desirable)
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
