The Role

As our Client Services Officer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience from initial enquiry through to implementation and ongoing service.

You'll work alongside advisers and paraplanners to coordinate advice implementation, manage client relationships and ensure every recommendation is delivered accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Manage client enquiries and ongoing service requests




- Coordinate implementation of advice recommendations
- Process investment applications, rollovers and withdrawals, purchases and sales.
- Liaise with superannuation funds, platforms and providers
- Help ensure an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

- 2+ years' experience in a Client Services Officer role within financial planning
- Strong understanding of wealth management administration
- Experience with advice implementation and client servicing
- Exposure to superannuation, investments and tax strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and genuine desire to build a long-term career in financial planning

Exposure to SMSFs, direct shares/term deposits and high-net-worth clients
