Customer Driven is seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant to join our Service Delivery team across Australia. You will lead customer engagements from discovery through successful delivery, aligning customers, consultants and technology partners to transform customer experience.
You'll work with Genesys Cloud, Calabrio and other technologies, manage workshops, requirements, and delivery artefacts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build trusted stakeholder relationships to ensure
