Accounts Receivable Administration Officer

This role is responsible for the timely, efficient and effective processing of received funds to be applied to insurance policies. Full training will be provided in the specific duties which will include:

- Processing accounts receivable
- Reconciling the AR ledger
- Following up & collecting accounts (by way of phone / email communication)
- Preparing payments
- Cash receipting
- Investigate & resolve client financial issues




- Monthly reporting
- Maintain debtors report
- Processing direct debit runs (twice monthly)

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Minimum 2 years experience in Administration / Accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and good data entry skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Good commuter skills (incl. Excel)

The position is a permanent full-time office based role with a salary guide of $70,000 - $75,000 + Super and standard hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm.
