For more than 25 years, Zortex Orthotics has been providing high-quality orthotic services to clients across the public and private sectors throughout New South Wales. We are committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centred care through a team-oriented, multidisciplinary approach, working closely with medical, allied health, and rehabilitation teams in a variety of clinical settings.

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Orthotist to join our experienced team. This position is ideal for an experienced clinician looking to expand their skills, but we also encourage applications from new graduates who are eager to develop their clinical expertise in a supportive mentoring environment.

As much of our work is paediatric, a genuine enjoyment of working with children is essential.

About the Role

Our clinicians provide inpatient and outpatient orthotic services to clients of all ages. You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of clinical presentations whilst being supported by an experienced team of Orthotists and Orthotic Technicians using both traditional fabrication methods and the latest CAD/CAM and 3D printing technologies.

What Is Your Role ?

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

Assess and treat clients from newborns through to older adults across a wide range of clinical conditions.

Participate in regular multidisciplinary clinics alongside physiotherapists, podiatrists, surgeons and other healthcare professionals.

Provide orthotic management for complex neurological, musculoskeletal and spinal conditions.





Deliver spinal orthoses for post-operative and trauma patients across public and private hospitals.

Assist with high-risk foot clinics in collaboration with podiatrists.

Receive training in CAD software for custom foot orthotic design and manufacture.

Provide scoliosis bracing solutions in collaboration with Boston O&P.;

Participate in helmet therapy clinics for positional cranial deformities

Explore emerging technologies and develop areas of personal clinical interest.

Build your own client base and independently manage clinics across NSW as your experience grows.

Applicants must have:

Eligibility for membership with the Australian Orthotic Prosthetic Association (AOPA).

Current NSW Working With Children Check.

National Police Check.

Current driver's licence.

Immunisation clearance.
