An exciting prospect exists for experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a large-scale banking transformation program. Working within a high-performing delivery team, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives focused on customer and product migration across a range of banking products.

This is a hands-on Senior Business Analyst role suited to someone who enjoys working in complex environments, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving outcomes from discovery through to delivery.

Note: this is not a Technical Snr Business Analyst role.

Responsibilities

- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements across multiple workstreams.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritise requirements.
- Review existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Perform current-state and future-state analysis, identifying gaps and recommending practical solutions.
- Develop business requirements, functional specifications, process maps and supporting documentation.
- Analyse customer journeys and assess business impacts arising from product and customer migration activities.
- Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders and SMEs to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Support business readiness activities, including process changes and operational impacts.
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle,



ensuring traceability and alignment with business objectives.
- Identify risks, issues and dependencies and contribute to project governance and delivery planning.

About You

You are a proactive, delivery-focused Senior Business Analyst with proven experience working on large-scale transformation programs within the banking or financial services sector.

To be successful, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex business transformation initiatives.
- Strong banking or financial services domain knowledge.
- Experience supporting customer, product migration or simplification programs.
- Excellent business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process mapping and gap analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
- Experience producing high-quality business analysis artefacts, including BRDs, process maps and functional documentation.
- Experience in one or more of the following product domains will be
- Mortgages
- Credit Cards or Debit Cards
- Transaction Accounts
- Savings Products
- Business Lending
- Equipment Finance

Candidates with experience delivering large banking transformation, migration or product simplification programs within major financial institutions will be highly regarded.
