You’ll have:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (essential).

- Minimum two years' experience as an Occupational Therapist (preferred).

- Experience working with NDIS participants (preferred but not essential).

- Experience completing Functional Capacity Assessments and ongoing therapy.

- Home modification experience, including complex modifications, highly regarded.

- Experience supporting clients across all age groups and with psychosocial and physical disabilities.

- Strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills.

- A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle for participant visits.

- Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check.

- Full Australian working rights.

What's on Offer

- Salary from $110,000 + Super.

- Hybrid working model with work-from-home flexibility for administration and telehealth.

- Flexible scheduling to support a healthy work-life balance.

- Supportive, approachable, and collaborative team culture.

- Autonomy to shape and manage your own caseload.

- Opportunity to contribute to service development and continuous improvement.

- Diverse and rewarding NDIS caseload.

- A workplace that genuinely values kindness, flexibility, and clinical excellence.
