Accordant Global Partners is seeking an exceptional Senior Security Advisor to support and advise Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth (UHNW) families across a broad spectrum of security risk domains. This is a rare opportunity to join a discreet, high‑performance advisory firm operating at the intersection of cyber, physical, personal, travel, medical, and reputational security.

You will work directly with principals, family offices, and their trusted teams to identify vulnerabilities, design safeguards, and ensure the family’s safety, privacy, and resilience in an increasingly complex world.

What You’ll Do

- Provide strategic, end‑to‑end security advice across cybersecurity, physical security, personal protection, travel risk, medical preparedness, and emerging threats relevant to UHNW families.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and convert complex or technical issues into transparent, actionable recommendations tailored to each client’s lifestyle and risk profile.
- Develop, maintain, and oversee bespoke security programs, policies, and protective measures, including all cyber, physical, personal, travel, and medical security documentation.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, vendors, and stakeholders with precision, ensuring timely delivery and seamless coordination across all workstreams.
- Prepare high‑quality reports, briefings, and presentations for principals, family office executives, and senior stakeholders.
- Lead and support security investigations, managing sensitive issues discreetly and resolving risks with minimal disruption to the client.
- Serve as the primary security subject‑matter expert for assigned families, providing practical guidance to principals, family office leaders, and household staff.




- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify emerging risks and implement appropriate security controls across all relevant domains.
- Support client engagements by delivering assessments, briefings, and assurance activities that strengthen overall security posture.
- Drive practical, outcome‑focused security solutions that address complex and evolving challenges faced by UHNW clients.
- Support onboarding processes and promote a strong, proactive security culture across households, offices, and travel environments.
- Communicate risks in a compelling and persuasive manner, ensuring clients clearly understand the issues and the required actions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and operate with the highest level of discretion at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Significant experience in security advisory, intelligence, risk management, or a related field—ideally with exposure to UHNW clients, family offices, or private clients.

Strong understanding of multiple security domains: cyber, physical, personal, travel, medical, and crisis response.

Exceptional attention to detail, administrative discipline, and documentation skills.

Proven ability to project manage diverse and simultaneous workstreams.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills—you must be able to “sell the risk” and influence decision‑making.

A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to anticipate issues before they arise.
