We’re excited to introduce a newCouple and Family Counsellor – Mental Healthrole.This opportunity is ideal for a qualified clinician who values relationship‑centred, person‑focused care and enjoys working collaboratively to support individuals, couples and families experiencing mental health challenges.

This is a chance to be part of a new and purpose‑driven service, contributing to the development of integrated, relationship‑based mental health care within an evolving Hub model. The Hub operates as ano wrong doorentry point, enabling adults and their families to access information, support and services that strengthen psychological and physical health and social and emotional wellbeing.

Whatyou’lldo
- Deliver high-quality therapy to individuals,couplesand families (in-person, online and phone)
- Partner with clients as a Care/Wellbeing Navigator to develop and maintain shared mental health and recovery plans
- Conduct intake, psychosocial and risk assessments, including safety planning
- Provide care coordination, case management and group work and shared intake coverage
- Apply family systems and evidence‑based frameworks, collaborate with multidisciplinary practitioners, and maintain quality documentation, supervision and professional development

- 24-month maximumterm contract
- Full time position
- Location: Tuggerah, close to train station
- Approx $50-56 per hour (depending on skills and experience) + 12% superannuation, 17.5% leaveloading, salarypackaging to reduce your taxable income,

Whatyou’llbring
- Qualifications inCounselling, Counselling & Psychotherapy, Relationship Counselling or Couple & Family Counselling
- Eligibility for registration withAHPRA, AASW, PACFA or ACA
- Minimum 100 hours of clinically supervised counselling experience
- Experience working with couples and families within a solid family systems framework
- Understanding of mental health, family violence, childprotectionand addiction
- A warm, culturally safe, trauma-informed approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting
