C Dreams Solutions is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our client's team in Southeast Brisbane. This is a full-time position based in Southeast Brisbane QLD 4000. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between customers and the technical team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the automotive trades industry and directly impacts our business growth and customer loyalty.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers and conducting thorough consultations to understand their vehicle service and repair requirements

Providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance, repairs and available service options in a clear and professional manner

Creating accurate work orders and quotations based on customer needs and vehicle diagnostics

Communicating effectively with customers regarding service progress, timelines and any additional work recommendations

Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service work

Processing customer payments and managing invoicing and administrative documentation

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and positive referrals

Keeping accurate records of service history and maintaining knowledge of vehicle makes, models and common service requirements

Identifying opportunities to recommend additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance and safety

Ensuring compliance with workshop health and safety standards and company policies

What we're looking for

Proven experience working as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and common automotive issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical information to customers clearly





Proficiency in using service management software and computer systems

Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously whilst maintaining accuracy

Strong organisational and time management skills

A professional appearance and manner befitting a customer-facing role

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and upsell services professionally

Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to service delivery

Current driver's licence and reliable transport
