Ozcare has casual opportunities available for dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our team at our beautiful Currimundi Aged Care Facility.As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care that supports the health, wellbeing and dignity of our residents. This is a rewarding chance to make a meaningful difference while working within a supportive and values-driven organisation.Your RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will play a leadership role in the delivery and coordination of resident care.
Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating and delivering person-centred nursing care in line with contemporary aged care practiceConducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing, implementing and reviewing individualised care plansProviding case management and ongoing evaluation of resident outcomesSupporting AN-ACC documentation requirements and contributing to funding-related assessmentsAdministering medications and treatments in accordance with legislative and professional standardsProviding clinical leadership, guidance and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Care AssistantsMonitoring, documenting and reporting changes in residents' health status and care needsCollaborating with residents, families, general practitioners and the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive care outcomesContributing to quality improvement initiatives and promoting best practice clinical careYour AttributesWe are seeking a compassionate and clinically capable Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional aged care.
