What You'll Be Doing

As a tele-fundraiser, you'll:

- Make outbound calls to warm and cold prospects to secure ongoing monthly donations.
- Build genuine rapport and have meaningful conversations with supporters.
- Share powerful stories of impact and inspire people to become regular donors.
- Consistently achieve and exceed fundraising targets and KPIs.
- Represent highly respected Australian charities with professionalism and passion.
- Help create a positive donor experience that encourages long-term support.

You'll hit the ground running with an immediate start, a competitive casual rate of $33.85 per hour, and paid training to set you up for success. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while maintaining consistent weekday hours, with shifts scheduled at a minimum of 5 hours per day. Who We're Looking For

- Have previous experience in fundraising,



telesales, outbound sales, customer service, or call centre environments.
- Are confident speaking with people and building rapport quickly.

- Are resilient, positive, and able to handle objections confidently.
- Are comfortable using digital platforms and learning new systems.
