BOC Limited Australia – HSE Co‑ordinator (Dandenong, VIC)

Join BOC and play a vital role in keeping people and operations safe. As the HSE Coordinator based at the Cryocentre Dandenong South facility, you will work across Victoria and Tasmania, partnering with major hazard facilities and operational teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high‑performing workplaces.

What You’ll Do

- Support safety performance across Major Hazard Facilities (MHF).
- Monitor and review critical safety controls.
- Conduct risk assessments and support hazard identification activities.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Safety Cases.
- Partner with site teams to embed safe work practices.
- Support MHF audits and regulatory interactions.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, permits and approvals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HSE systems and processes.

What Makes You Great

- At least 3 years’ experience in HSE, ideally within chemical, manufacturing, FMCG or similar environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in science, engineering or a related discipline (preferred), with a formal HSE qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of risk management, safety systems and regulatory compliance.




- Experience in incident investigation methodologies (e.g. ICAM, MORT, Causal Tree) desirable.
- Audit experience, with Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 and/or HSE) desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence operational teams.
- Willingness to travel across Victoria and Tasmania and an understanding of the legislative requirements.
