Fragrance Consultant | Miranda, Macarthur and Shellharbour

At Àerre, we're redefining luxury fragrance by creating premium-inspired scents without the luxury price tag. As we continue to grow across Australia, we're looking for passionate Retail Sales Assistants to join our existing teams at Westfield Miranda, Macarthur Square and Stockland Shellharbour.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Brand Ambassador for Àerre, you'll help customers discover fragrances they'll love while creating a memorable in-store experience.

Your day will include:

Welcoming and engaging every customer with genuine enthusiasm.

Helping customers find their perfect fragrance through personalised scent consultations.

Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.

Maintaining beautiful visual merchandising and store presentation.

Processing sales accurately and efficiently.

Building customer loyalty through outstanding service.

Working collaboratively with your team to create a positive, high-energy environment.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:





Have previous retail or customer service experience (fragrance, beauty or fashion experience is highly regarded).

Love talking to people and creating memorable customer experiences.

Are confident recommending products and closing sales.

Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every shift.

Enjoy working towards goals and celebrating team success.

Are reliable, professional and available to work a flexible retail roster, including weekends and late-night trade.
