Our client is a highly successful modern, forward-thinking, fast-moving, young, vibrant +close-knit law firm that is undergoing an exciting GROWTH phase in their personal injury team.

YOUR ROLE

As the valued RIGHT HAND to atalented personal injury lawyers with a flourishing practices in TPD (total permanent disablement) , you will love playing a key role in obtaining justice for injured clients:

- attending to initial client enquiries, liaising with other solicitors/doctors/insurers, assessing claim viability, preparing correspondence and court documents, preparing briefs to barristers, general administration.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- have MINIMUM 12 months OR MORE (senior candidates with 20+ yrs exp welcome) legal paralegal/secretarial/assistant experience in personal injury law including minimum 12 months specifically in TPD;
- are either a 'career' legal secretary/administrator OR a law student;
- have strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)+ communication and interpersonal skills [essential];
- are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
- love to work in a vibrant, fast-paced, positive environment;
- are hungry to advance your career in personal injury law with a successful law firm long-term.
