Job Description

During school hours, school cleaners are required to be onsite to support the ongoing hygiene and classroom presentation maintenance for schools in Austral, Engadine, Bankstown and Hornby. Work is consistently Mon to Fri, 9am to 3pm with key responsibilities listed as below General Cleaning, including vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors, dust furniture, and wipe down whiteboards, desks, and shared surfaces.

Restroom Maintenance, namely scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers, and restock soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Waste Management, namely empty all classroom and office bins, collect litter from the school grounds, and dispose of waste safely. Safety and Reporting, including follow protected chemical handling rules, wear protective gear, and report maintenance issues or safety hazards right away.
