Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain our hotel’s high standards with attention to detail, with a primary focus on Bar30 & Bistro




- Lead the bar team on shift, ensuring efficient service and a vibrant guest atmosphere
- Deliver memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and beverage knowledge
- Assist with the development of bar menus, cocktail lists, and seasonal offerings
- Support and execute bar promotions, activations, and events
- Identify training and development opportunities for the bar team
- Manage rosters, labour costs, and stock control
- Drive WHS initiatives within the F&B; department
- Maintain strong collaboration with the Kitchen and wider F&B; teams
- Ensure compliance with RSA, HACCP, and hotel standards
- 7-day rotating roster

Ideally you will have

- A genuine passion for beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and emerging trends
- A strong focus on guest experience and creating memorable moments
- Experience in a supervisory role within a bar, hotel, or hospitality workplace
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in menu creation, beverage curation, and promotions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards
- A firm understanding of HACCP compliance
- RSA certification (mandatory)
- Flexibility to work across other Food & Beverage outlets as required to support business needs
