We are looking for a customer service superstar. As the first point of contact for our site, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while delivering a professional and welcoming experience to all visitors, drivers, and internal stakeholders.

This is a part-time opportunity, ideal for someone seeking flexibility while enjoying a rewarding role within a supportive team environment.

Wednesday to Friday 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM 1 in 4 Saturday 08:00 AM to 12:00 Midday

About the role

- Contractor sign ins and inductions
- Basic daily reporting on activity and call logs
- Printing / scanning documentation as required
- Invoicing as required
- Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensuring general tidiness of customer facing areas

- Strong sense of self-motivation and enthusiasm with a high work ethic and 'can do' attitude
- Attention to detail and strong organisation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and help out fellow workers when required
- A willingness to work and learn
- Looking for a long-term career in a fast paced and growing industry.
