To ensure your success in this role you will have:

- Minimum2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Workedin either a contemporary café, or a la carte restaurants and have hadexperience working in functions or events
- Strongfood and beverage knowledge
- Excellentcustomer service and communication skills
- Experiencewith cash handling and POS systems
- Flexibleand able to work across a 7 day rotating roster
- Immaculategrooming and pride in presentation
- Aworking understanding of Food safety Standards
- CurrentRSA
