Dubbo Regional Occupational Therapy is seeking a passionate and proactive Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. We are an OT business owned and managed by experienced occupational therapists who value our clients whilst maintaining a healthy work life balance. Full time role, however part time will be considered for the right applicant.
The Role
You will add to a small team of devoted and experienced professionals who strive to deliver a high-quality service for our clients. We offer services to adults with a physical disability within the NDIS, iCare, Home Care Packages, CHSP and TACP, working mostly within the community of Dubbo and the surrounding areas with some regional travel involved. We offer flexible work practices to assist with a healthy work life balance.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Current Class C drivers licence and own vehicle
- Current Working with Childrens Check and NDIS Workers Check
- Demonstrated ability to deliver assessments and recommendations
- Demonstrated experience in home modifications and AT prescription
- Well developed communication skills both written and verbal
- Proactively and flexibly self-manages a workload.
- Empathy and ability to build rapport with a variety of people.
