As the link between our customers and our workshop, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while helping keep trucks, agricultural equipment and businesses moving across North East Victoria.
The Opportunity
Jacob Hino Wodonga and Regional AG Wodonga are searching for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team.
As the link between our customers and our workshop, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while helping keep trucks, agricultural equipment and businesses moving across North East Victoria.
What you’ll be doing
- Greeting customers and managing service bookings
- Preparing estimates and repair orders
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
- Liaising with technicians and the parts department
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
What we’re looking for
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Computer literacy
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in automotive, truck,
agricultural or service advising is highly regarded but not essential
