About the role

This is a relationship-led commercial lending role, with a strong focus on managing and growing an established portfolio of business and professional clients.

You’ll spend significant time in the market meeting clients, attending industry events and developing trusted relationships, while working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored lending solutions.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing and strengthening an established portfolio of medico clients

- Building trusted relationships with business owners and high net worth healthcare clients

- Identifying opportunities across commercial property, equipment finance, goodwill and cash flow lending

- Meeting clients face-to-face and representing the business in the market

- Developing referral and industry relationships

- Working closely with credit, operations and client support teams to deliver seamless outcomes

- Taking ownership of the portfolio and contributing to long-term growth

You’ll bring

- Experience within commercial, business or asset finance lending

- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

- Exposure to commercial property, equipment finance, cash flow lending or business lending
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- The ability to build trust with clients and understand their broader goals
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences

- Able to work at a fast pace with quick turnaround times
