Based in Sydney CBD, this front-office role is suited to an experienced relationship manager or business development professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, winning new business and delivering sophisticated investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, corporate clients and institutional investors.

This is an opportunity to join a highly entrepreneurial business where you'll have the autonomy to build your own client franchise while working alongside an experienced team across trading, research, product and operations.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for originating and growing relationships with sophisticated investors while identifying opportunities across a broad range of investment solutions, including:

- Australian and international equities
- ETFs
- Fixed income
- Funds management
- Structured products
- Derivatives
- Margin lending and financing solutions





This is a genuine revenue-generating position where you'll be empowered to grow your client base and make a meaningful contribution to the firm's continued expansion.

About You

We're interested in professionals who can demonstrate:
- Proven success in relationship management, business development or private client sales within financial services.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, corporate clients or institutional investors.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
- An understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a passion for building new business.

Fluency in Mandarin is highly regarded , as the role involves developing relationships with Mandarin-speaking investors and cross-border clients. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
