About the Role

As a Remedial Massage Therapist, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs. You’ll play an important role in supporting recovery, injury management, rehabilitation, and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and identify treatment needs.
- Develop and deliver personalised remedial massage treatment plans.
- Apply a range of massage techniques to relieve pain, improve function, and support recovery.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and treatment records.
- Educate clients on self-management strategies, stretching, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with allied health professionals to provide integrated client care.




- Maintain high standards of professional practice and client care.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Diploma (or higher) in Remedial Massage.
- Clinical experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Professional association membership (preferred).
