Panorama Marketing Group is a fast-growing lead generation and sales solutions company. Currently, we supply high-quality, ready-to-quote leads to solar installers across Australia through door-to-door, digital, and B2B channels. We're small, sharp, and scaling quickly — so you'll have real ownership from day one and a genuine path to grow with us. The role

As we grow, enquiries, orders, and admin are piling up — and we need a calm, organised person to be our friendly first point of contact and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Since our launch, as the founders, we have been scaling ourselves and creating systems around us. What we really need is someone that can take initiative and use their creativity to solve solutions autonomously; bring suggestions for improvement and an achievable plan on how to execute it.

You'll be the reliable one who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, handling what you can yourself and routing the rest to the right person. We're starting this at around 3 days a week, with a clear runway to full time as the business grows — ideal if you want to get in early and build the role around you. What you'll do

Be the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries — handling what you can, and passing the rest to the right manager

Take lead orders from our installer clients and get them into the system

Assist with onboarding new hires

Assist with onboarding new clients





Book travel for the founders and managers as needed

Provide ad-hoc PA support

Work closely with our operations manager and director on admin support as we grow You'll thrive here if you

Are brilliant on the phone and in writing, and enjoy being the friendly, reliable first voice people reach

Are ridiculously organised and juggle lots of small moving parts without dropping any

Follow a process and know when to handle something yourself vs. escalate it

Be able to create efficiencies in systems and find cost & time effective ways to execute

Are comfortable and self-directed working remotely

Be able to consistently re-prioritise tasks as urgent matters pop up throughout the day

Know your way around Google Workspace / email / calendars (or pick up new tools fast)

Be proactive with finding efficient ways to use AI within your role Nice to have

Reception, PA/EA, admin, or customer service experience

Exposure to solar, sales, or an agency environment (a bonus, not a must) What's on offer
