We’re looking for a motivated, confident Sales Closer who knows how to seal the deal and convert quality leads into paying clients.

About the Role
- No lead generation required. We provide both cold and warm leads — your job is to make the call and close the sale.
- Hourly rate: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)
- Commission: 5% per closed lead — uncapped earning potential from $50,400 in commissions.
- Type: Casual / Contractor
- Location: Remote
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contacting inbound and outbound leads (phone, SMS, and social media)
- Building quick rapport and trust with potential clients
- Understanding their vehicle needs and offering the perfect detailing or ceramic coating package
- Following up with interested clients to close the sale
- Reporting weekly results and progress
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales or closing experience (preferably in high-ticket or service-based industries)
- Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
- Self-motivated and hungry to exceed weekly targets
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent with follow-ups
- Familiarity with automotive or detailing industries is a bonus
