Position Objective:

Support the Project Management Office (PMO) by preparing accurate project reports, consolidating data from multiple workstreams, tracking project actions, and maintaining standardized reporting templates.

Provide timely performance insights, dashboards, and governance support to enable effective monitoring and decision-making across Traffic Safety Management programs.

& Key Responsibilities:

PMO Reporting & Governance

- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc project reports for management and project stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and update standardized reporting templates, dashboards, and presentation materials.
- Consolidate project data from multiple workstreams to produce accurate program-level reports.
- Support PMO governance activities by maintaining reporting standards and document control.

Data Analysis & Performance Reporting:

- Collect, validate, and analyze project data to monitor progress against schedules, milestones, and KPIs.
- Generate performance dashboards highlighting project status, trends, risks, and key metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across project reporting systems.
- Support management with data-driven insights and performance analysis.

Action & Meeting Management:

- Maintain and update project action trackers, decision logs, and follow-up registers.
- Coordinate weekly project review meetings and governance forums.
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture meeting minutes,



and track action items through to closure.
- Monitor outstanding actions and follow up with project teams to ensure timely completion.

Project Coordination

- Support Project Managers with project documentation, reporting, and schedule updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to collect project information.
- Assist in monitoring project milestones, deliverables, and reporting timelines.
- Maintain project records, document repositories, and reporting archives.

Continuous Improvement:

- Recommend improvements to reporting processes, templates, and dashboards.
- Support automation of reporting activities using Power BI, Excel, or other reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with PMO reporting standards and organizational governance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, Transportation, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in PMO reporting, project coordination, project controls, reporting analysis, or management reporting.
- Experience supporting infrastructure, transportation, traffic management, engineering, or government programs is preferred.
- Experience preparing executive reports, dashboards, meeting documentation, and project performance reports.
- Solid experience working with project teams to collect, validate, and analyze project data.
