? We're Hiring: Research Assistant / Project Assistant

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Research Assistant / Project Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy conducting research, coordinating projects, and supporting strategic initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality work while managing multiple priorities.

? Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and data collection to support business and project initiatives.

• Gather, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data for reports and presentations.

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities and timelines.

• Prepare research summaries, project documentation, reports, and presentation materials.

• Coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

• Maintain accurate project records, databases, and documentation.

• Support proposal preparation, grant applications, or business development initiatives where applicable.

• Identify trends, insights, and recommendations based on research findings.

• Perform administrative and project support duties as assigned.

✅ Requirements

• Experience in research,



project coordination, administration, business analysis, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly and accurately.

• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as within a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field is preferred.
