Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. You will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of daily operations of the food and beverage offering, delivering memorable guest experiences,



leading service excellence, and developing our people.

What you will be doing:

- Lead front-of-house food & beverage operations
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
- Strategise on new products and service offerings
- Manage guest issues and support emergency response procedures
- Maintain compliance with food safety, protected work and hygiene standards
- Manage systems, inventory and implement cost control measures to optimise profitability
- Create unforgettable experiences, delivering friendly, professional service for our guests

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required in a similar role
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
