The role

- Lead and deliver end-to‑end quantitative projects from design through to debrief
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and recommendations




- Build trusted relationships with client-side stakeholders
- Support and mentor junior team members while remaining hands‑on
- Work across a varied portfolio of quick‑moving, commercially impactful projects.

About you

- 2+ years' quantitative research agency experience
- Strong grounding in FMCG, retail or shopper insights
- Confident presenting and engaging with senior clients
- Commercially minded, curious, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable owning projects and contributing to team thinking
- Sponsorship considered for strong local candidates.
