Plena Healthcare is hiring a mobile dietitian to deliver high-quality care to adults in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community. You will provide person-centred assessments, deliver nutrition education, and support improvements in mealtime systems while working closely with Plena colleagues.

The role requires current DA registration, willingness to travel, and eligibility for NDIS worker screening and National Police Check, plus Covid-19 and flu vaccinations.
