With 23 offices nationallyand over 400 employees, this is the largest Steadfast brokerage in Australia, with ambitious growth plans to double in size over the coming years. The Opportunity

This is a fantastic entry point into the broker-side claims environment for someone looking to build a long-term career within insurance. Working as part of a supportive and experienced claims team, you will gain exposure to a broad range of claims while developing your technical knowledge and client service skills.

Key responsibilities

- Managing a portfolio of domestic motor claims from lodgement through to settlement
- Triaging incoming claims and allocating them to the appropriate Claims Executive
- Lodging new claims with insurers
- Providing administration and claims support to brokers and the wider claims team
- Liaising with clients,



insurers and repairers to ensure claims are managed efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining accurate claims records and delivering exceptional customer service

About You

- Approximately 12 months' experience in domestic motor claims
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in insurance claims
