Jotun Australia is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our Marine & Protective Coatings team in Brisbane. If you’re passionate about building relationships, solving real-world challenges, and working with innovative products that protect and beautify, this could be your next big move.

WHAT You’ll Do:

- Drive growth by managing key accounts and identifying new business opportunities
- Create tailored customer plans that align with client needs and project goals
- Oversee project progress, resolving technical and commercial issues to ensure success
- Promote our cutting-edge coatings through site visits, presentations, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely payments and manage outstanding balances with professionalism
- Respond to technical and sales inquiries, and introduce new products to the market
- Use Jotun’s tools and best practices to hit your sales targets
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to win new and repeat business
- Build strong, long-term relationships that boost sales, margins, and market share

What You’ll Bring:

- 1+ year of B2B or field sales experience (more is always welcome!)
- Knowledge of the local Australian industrial or marine market
- Experience in coatings or related industries is a big plus
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset and willingness to travel
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Tertiary qualifications are a bonus
- Full Australian working rights and current residence
