Key Responsibilities – Residential Manager / Facility Manager

- Lead overall operational performance of the residential aged care facility
- Ensure clinical governance, compliance, and regulatory standards are met
- Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams
- Foster a positive, resident-centred workplace culture
- Manage occupancy, budgets, and financial sustainability
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic and operational outcomes
- Deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred care

Clinical Manager | Clinical Care Manager Roles We are also recruiting experienced clinical leaders who are passionate about quality care, governance, and team development.

These roles suit Registered Nurses who want to remain close to clinical practice while leading service delivery, compliance, and improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Day-to-day clinical leadership and oversight
- Clinical governance, risk management, and SIRS reporting
- Accreditation readiness and ongoing compliance
- Coaching and mentoring nursing and care teams
- Coordinating multidisciplinary clinical care




- Managing clinical escalation and complex care needs
- Driving continuous quality improvement
- Ensuring resident-centred outcomes

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in residential aged care leadership
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and compliance
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Strong operational and financial management capability (Residential Manager roles)
- Commitment to high-quality, resident-centred care
