RESIDENTIAL CLEANER.

JDF CLEANING CO. is looking for reliable, trustworthy and friendly cleaners for Gold Coast homes.

Our clients include wonderful retirees, business owners and Gold Coast families. They are the reason JDF CLEANING CO. exists. Our primary focus is caring for their homes — and the people who live in them — long term. On a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. We also provide Detailed Home Resets as an recommendation prior to regular services commencing.

The ideal candidates are good listeners, genuinely cares about others, enjoys cleaning, takes pride in their work, notices the small details and wants an opportunity to grow with the business long term.

About the role The role is versatile and designed to give you more freedom and choice as we continue to grow.

- Monday–Friday 9:30am-2:30pm
- Saturdays are optional.
- Additional hours available if you choose

Our regular home care services include dusting surfaces, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping floors and tidying to a attention to detail and streak-free standard.

Our Detailed Home Resets include extras like skirting boards, ceiling fans, oven, windows and tracks etc recommended prior to regular servicing to bring the homes up to a maintainable level.

You will be need comfortable around homeowners, children and pets if home during the service.

Our role

- Owner operator—we clean homes and assist you with equipment if needed. We help you acquire the necessary credentials to get started the right way.
- Finding clients — we handle the marketing and bring new Gold Coast homeowners into the business.
- Quoting & pricing — we manage enquiries, quotes and service pricing. Scheduling — we organise bookings and build your work schedule.
- Client management — we handle communication, payments, feedback and ongoing client relationships.
- Systems & support — we provide clear Home Care systems, standards and ongoing support so you can focus on caring for our clients and their homes.
- Home Partner Program —we offer opportunities to expand or build your own business and partner with us.

Pay: $135.00 – $360.00 per day
