Role Description The Residential Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential properties and services. This position leads and supports on-site teams, ensuring consistent service delivery, compliance with policies, and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

- Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation in an operational or property-focused setting.
- Knowledge of residential real estate operations, tenancy management, and relevant regulations or standards.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage competing priorities, and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in management, business, social services, property, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous experience in residential services, housing management, or a similar leadership role is an advantage.
