About the Position:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager for a permanent position. This role is offering a Monday to Friday roster, based in Subiaco.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage a residential property portfolio of approximately 150 properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Conduct exit inspections & final bond inspections.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors.




- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters.
- Resolve tenant and landlord enquiries in a skilled and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records using Property Tree, Inspection Express and IRE.
- Work closely with the leasing team, who provide dedicated leasing support.

Skills and experience:

- Current Property Manager Registration
- 1-2 years experience working in residential property management
- Current C Class Driver's Licence.
