Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced residential property professional to join their team.

About The Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Manager looking to apply their industry knowledge in a different way.

Rather than managing a traditional tenant-facing portfolio, you will focus on reviewing property performance, ensuring compliance standards are met and working with external Property Managers to deliver strong outcomes for residential investors.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the detail, problem-solving and operational side of Property Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Review leases, management agreements and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor lease renewals, rent reviews, insurance requirements and key property milestones
- Review inspection reports, maintenance matters and warranty issues




- Work with external Property Managers to ensure service standards and compliance expectations are met
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide updates to key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement across property processes

About You You are an experienced Victorian residential property skilled with strong attention to detail and the confidence to hold stakeholders accountable.

You will bring

- Minimum 2 years of recent residential Property Management experience in Victoria
- Strong understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience managing residential investment properties
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to identify issues, provide solutions and drive outcomes

Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager, Property Management Team Leader, Department Manager or Residential Portfolio Manager will be highly regarded.
