The Role:
They are open to an experienced Sales Executive seeking a ‘plug & play’ style opportunity with no restrictions OR a Sales Associate looking to step out on their own / build their own reputation.
Your day to day will include:
- Assist incoming vendor enquiries & prospect for listings
- Conducting listing presentations
- Coordinating advertising with the Marketing Team
- Prepare for and undertake open for inspections
- Negotiate sales
- Nurture relationships with Buyers and your future-vendor pipeline
- Contribute to the wider company culture and business success
Requirements: If you have been in a Sales Associate role and want to take the next step, or are an Agent seeking a role where you can gain traction quickly (and with higher commissions!!) – this is for you
- Real Estate sales experience
- Generating in excess of $200K GCI
- Current Certificate of Registration / License, car and driver’s license
- Desire to learn and grow within a thriving office
