We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established restaurant in Canberra seeking a motivated and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Lead, train, and motivate front and back-of-house teams
- Manage staff rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Monitor stock, ordering, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations
- Work closely with ownership to improve performance and profitability

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager is essential




- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced hospitality environment
- Sound understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
- Full working rights in Australia preferred
