Double Dragon Chinese Restaurant is a well-established dining venue renowned for authentic Chinese cuisine, warm service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a full time position based in South Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, direct, and coordinate restaurant operations to ensure efficient and profitable service.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.
- Monitor quality of service and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and ordering of food and beverage stock.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, workplace health and safety, and licensing requirements.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Prepare budgets,



financial reports, and operational records to support management decisions.

What You’ll Need:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
- Sound knowledge of food safety standards, licensing regulations, and operational compliance requirements.
