From The Apollo in Potts Point to Cho Cho San, Greca, Yoko Dining and Olympus Dining, we're known for exceptional food, genuine hospitality and restaurants that people love coming back to.

Now we're growing again. With two new restaurants opening in the exciting Wunderlich Lane precinct, we're looking for two experienced Restaurant Managers to lead these venues from opening day. About the role

As Restaurant Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of one of our newest restaurants,



creating an environment where both your team and your guests feel valued.

You'll:

- Lead, coach and inspire your team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Drive venue performance, labour and costs
- Recruit, develop and retain great people
- Maintain high operational and food safety standards
- Work closely with the kitchen and leadership teams to ensure every service is exceptional

About you You'll bring:

- Experience as a Restaurant Manager, or Venue Manager in a hatted or premium restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills in a premium or high-volume restaurant
- A passion for developing people and building positive team cultures
- Commercial awareness and operational expertise
- A genuine love of hospitality
