About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to lead one of the restaurants and bring the brand's guest experience to life every day. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant from guest experience and team culture to food quality, safety and commercial results.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and championing a guest-first culture with consistently high service standards

- Building, leading and developing a high-performing management and team member group

- Driving food quality, cleanliness,



food safety and WHS compliance

- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, rostering and performance management

- Managing labour, payroll and operational administration

- Monitoring sales, costs and profitability against business targets

- Managing stock, inventory, ordering and supplier relationships

- Handling guest feedback professionally and proactively, and building robust ties within the local community

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- 2–4 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR or fast-paced hospitality

- Proven ability to lead, coach, inspire and develop large teams, with strong commercial acumen across labour, cost and inventory management

- Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS and compliance requirements
- A calm, confident leadership style with strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills, and a genuine passion for food, people and guest experience
