Our newest venue in Burradoo represents a refined evolution of the Ducks story - a destination restaurant set within a remarkable regional landscape, offering a dining experience that is both polished and relaxed. The restaurant centres on seasonality, provenance and technical excellence, delivering a menu that celebrates the Southern Highlands through carefully crafted dishes and a heightened level of service.

Whether your background is in restaurant leadership, bakery operations or retail/produce management, we have different manager roles available, and we welcome applicants with experience in any of these areas. This includes Supervisors, Assistant Managers, Floor/Restaurant Managers, Bakery Managers or Supervsiors The Roles

Restaurant

- Bakery Supervisor
- Bakery Manager

Farmhouse (cafe)

- Assistant Farmhouse Manager

You’ll play a key role in helping us open and shape the new venue - building strong teams, delivering outstanding customer experiences and upholding Ducks values from day one.
