We are seeking a passionate and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at The Plaza Hotel Kalgoorlie. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality skilled who enjoys leading by example and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager you will play a key role in the day to day operations of the restaurant ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience while supporting the team.

Responsibilities:

- Supervising daily restaurant operations and leading service shifts
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest enquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with food and workplace health and safety standards
- Monitoring service quality and maintaining presentation standards




- Assisting with stock control; and operational procedures

About You:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current RSA or Approved Manager Licence
