About Circuit Restructuring

Circuit Restructuring is a growing Sydney-based restructuring and insolvency firm working with SMEs across Australia.

We help business owners tackle financial challenges through Small Business Restructuring, Voluntary Administration, Liquidation, Personal Insolvency and Director Advisory services.

We're a boutique firm, which means you'll work directly with the principal, get involved in real client matters from day one, and have a genuine impact on outcomes. No layers of hierarchy. No being stuck in the background.

The Chance

We're looking for Analysts, Senior Analysts and Assistant Managers who are keen to build a career in restructuring and insolvency.

You'll work on a broad range of engagements, helping business owners, accountants and lawyers navigate complex situations and find practical solutions.

Your work will include

- Analysing financial information and business performance
- Preparing cash flow forecasts and restructuring plans
- Assisting with Small Business Restructuring appointments, Voluntary Administrations and Liquidations
- Drafting reports, correspondence and statutory documents
- Working directly with clients, accountants, lawyers and creditors
- Managing matters to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met





This is a hybrid role offering flexibility while still giving you the opportunity to work closely with the team and learn from experienced practitioners.

About You

You don't need to know everything, but you'll be curious, proactive and ready to get stuck in.

You'll ideally have

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid communication and report-writing skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence using Excel and Microsoft Office

Experience in insolvency, restructuring, accounting or advisory is highly regarded, but we're equally interested in motivated people who want to learn and develop in the industry. CA, CPA or ARITA studies are a plus.
