Leading, coaching, and developing your team through ongoing training, feedback, and collaboration

Motivating the team to achieve sales targets,



business objectives, and key performance indicators

Maintaining exceptional store presentation standards through styling, visual merchandising, and product placement

Driving operational excellence through effective roster management, stock management, and back-of-house administration WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Previous experience in a fashion retail leadership role, ideally within a concession or department store environment

Experience supervising and developing a small team A supportive and inspiring leader who can motivate a team to achieve success

Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales, managing wage targets, and improving key performance indicators A passion for fashion, styling, and delivering an exceptional customer experience

Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail and brand presentation
